Getting sold to WM hopefully

Don’t know if senior management is coming with sale. There is a toxic culture that goes along with awful leaders people and sales team that only have one thing in mind and that is their own pocket, literally nothing else. The customers and employees are always taken advantage of, even if they don’t see it yet. For those who can avoid, please do so, for those who can leave should and those like myself are hoping that things change with WM, we will see.

Earning potential can be good, colleauges for the most are great and just trying to help each other get through the day.

Cons

Management underqualified and just drive KPI's as oppose to any actual training.
