Pros

Good insurance, all the overime you can want once hired on.

Cons

Bad upper management. They could care less about the employees, only the product and numbers matter to them. Gets extremely hot in the summer time as well.

Pros

Pay and off days. 12 hr shifts mean you only work 15 days per month.

Cons

Low moral. Favoritism. Very high turnover rate. One big contradiction. Upper management is too busy tooting their own horn instead of providing adequate training. Pay is decent but doesn't match job description. Even though it's indoors you are still working in the elements. (120+ in the summer and 50- in the winter... No central heat/air) There is no such thing as a job well done. Manager's, despite how hard you worked on your shift, will knit pick everything that didn't get done vs a simple kudos for the things that did. Stay far far away!

Pros

Easy to get hired and start right away, decent pay for a very easy labor job, work is only 15 days a month with 3 day weekends every other week.

Cons

Hot, you have to wear ear plugs which suck bad , no immediate help if something goes wrong, floor hands are kind of rude with new people not knowing exactly what to do. Very lonely don't expect to talk to anyone for long periods of time. Don't expect anyone to check on you except for once every few hours maybe. Breaks are not scheduled so you have no idea when you can take a break. Supervisors don't really supervise, but really there isn't much to it. The smell of burning plastic is very heavy. Every thing they make is designed to last for as little time as possible and destined for the landfill. They allow substandard parts to still be packed for resell and they are only about the money.
