Many positions for unskilled workers, paying above average wages for the type of position. Many hours of overtime offered. Consistent work schedule. Many days off.

Cons

Poor work environment. Heat, smoke & fumes, poor lighting, safety hazards, 12 hour shifts. Few advancement opportunities. History of poor treatment of labor workers by supervisors and management. Worsening insurance coverage.

Great salary and benefits. Fun product. Decent insurance. Factory visits allow networking with other employees, giving a better understand of the culture.

Cons

- In the 'that's the way we've always done it' mindset. Follow the protocol. Don't think about ways of bettering the business. This is discouraged. - Will ask you to comprise your integrity for the betterment of the Company. - Incredibly blind to the fact they have management issues the Bentonville location.
