Easy job if don't ever want to grow. Steady sales.

Cons

Serious personnel issues with management as well as other employees. It is flatly discouraged to associate within the ranks. Almost militaristic, and with about as much morale. Very high turnover.

Family owned company were owners are very involved in business. Get to be part of business making decisions in R & D. Opinions can easily be expressed.

Cons

No career advancement opportunities. Very flat organization but you can grow within your own job and advance to a higher level just not into management.

Pros

Salary is generally competitive or better than industry. Work environment is clean and organized. Business is large and the company is stable, and the work hours are very good. You will go home on time everyday.

Cons

Management runs the company like it was the 1930's. individuality and independent thinking are not encouraged. Employees are treated poorly and made to fear doing things wrong or without permission. Simple things like radios on your desk are not allowed. Desks are to be cleaned off and everything neatly put away at end of the day. Conversation with other employees is not approved unless directly work related. Bentonville office is a revolving door for sales, category managers and other staff due to the management at that location.
