Great people who encourage you to grow within and outside of the company. Higher ups are willing to support, train and guide your in your professional growth. The future looks great and isn't slowing down!

Cons

Minimal and might be specific to a certain roles or duties. Overall there is nothing negative encompassing the entire company as a whole.

Great coworkers Free fruit (only one per person per day) Flexible schedule

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work and pressure put on you, starts at $15 an hour. Raises are .50 regardless of performance or review results. Toxic environment, tons of pressure from execs and managers. Tons of new and various responsibilities but not pay increase. Policies that don't make any sense. Unfair treatment for non-sales employees. Serious nepotism problem with upper execs and family who work in other departments. Be prepared to be told how great sterling is only for you to shortly realize it's a facade.
