Pros

Great People to work with, lots of opportunities to get involved in different ways because they don't have a rigid structure internally. Can interface with upper management no matter who you are.

Cons

The insurance is not much better than ACA Marketplace options, if a major positive change were to be considered, this is where I would start.

Pros

I am in the process of looking for a new opportunity and Sterling has been professional and thorough. The pre-screen interviews were pertinent and ensured that the opportunities that they are presenting are a great match for everyone involved. I have been looking for new opportunities over the last seven months and Sterling has been the most involved and professional recruiting company that I have worked with. Kalisha has been prompt to respond and always helpful. Thank you Kalisha and Mark!

Cons

I have had nothing but a great experience with Sterling!

Broken Promises Galore

Pros

Weekly Pay Sterling was pretty much hands off unless to discipline or make fake promises of new & exciting opportunities that never happened On site management may vary, but location had an attitude of Sterling doesn't need to know, when it came to getting paid for Sterling unapproved days off

Cons

Zero pay raises unless you present your case Zero structure on disciplinary actions Very hard to get a hold of people if you need something, but they will move heaven & earth to try to get a hold of you for the most miniscule reason Makes promises about opportunities or advancement but conveniently forget when asked about said items later on Does not recognize Contractor approved days off No sick, personal time. Vacation time has to be earned More willing to hire someone new for a position for that head hunter bonus. Would never EVER recommend working with or for them to any friends or family.
