      The best part about this company are the people! From the CEO, Steve to the President, Matt and down to the individual leaders, the people make this company great! It is very hard to find a company where you enjoy going to work every day. My mentor always said, find a job you love and you will never work a day in your life. That statement couldn't be truer. I love how ethical everyone here is and how much everyone truly values their team and fellow employees. There are no KPI’s, no micromanagement and no unethical practices. The tenure in the firm speaks for itself. The average recruiter on the Finance & Accounting team is just shy of 10 years. In the recruiting industry, that tenure is close to impossible to find in the majority of firms, nationally.

      I have worked at StevenDouglas for 10+ years and couldn't imagine a better place to spend those 10+ years! From day one, I have felt respected, trusted and appreciated! Leadership and colleagues always have your back, and provide tremendous support and encouragement. I'll be at StevenDouglas until I retire!

      StevenDouglas is the best company I've ever worked for. They value the morale of their employees and continue to put our needs first. The leadership team is effective and fair and I feel like I am apart of something important when I come to work every day.

      I don't have any cons. I am very happy with this company and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.
