Sometimes that can be uncomfortable when they begin to enforce rules that may have previously been forgotten, or change processes that people may have become comfortable with. I know the management team in the Recruiting department do care about their people, but they also care about the performance of the team as a whole because your department is the first step to onboarding skilled Driving Professionals who keep this company running! We do have a great work community here at Stevens Transport and I am glad that you have been able to connect so well with your co-workers! Our payroll definitely does an excellent job as well, ensuring everyone is paid every week. We are a family owned business, which many people prefer because we are not burdened but the insecurity of frequent upper-management change-over and layoffs due to restructuring that is seen in so many of our competitors. Leadership does take a personal interest in every level of the company. That involvement has resulted in almost unprecedented growth without acquisition in the industry! It would not be possible for any company to have those kinds of results without identifying top talent and only relying only on rewarding family and friends.
