We are glad that you feel our training helped to prepare you for your driving career! We are very proud of our excellent program and the trainers and students who make that success possible. We are not just a training company, however, and have many advancement and long-term career opportunities as well. You are correct that safety is very important here at Stevens, but that should not be seen as a negative. We do everything we can to ensure that our Drivers get home safely to their families. Part of that will always involve doing our do diligence! The safety department, however, does not call each driver daily. Stevens Transport is a long-haul company, and time away from home can be tough! This is why we provide all of our drivers with a support team as well to help ease the burden as much as possible. We know getting home on time is important to you, and we are revamping our policies and investing in new technology for our planners and driver managers to give them the best tools possible to get you loads home, on time, consistently!
