Pros

Decent equipment few staff members on night Dispatch care about the drivers. Decent training if you went to one of their third party schools.

Cons

Communication loss on whole alliance staff when help is needed. Plus go from good miles to no miles quickly. Would not recommend the alliance program to anyone. They take cake care of their favorite drivers and leave the rest to suffer. Do not pay enough to make a decent wage.

Our pay rates per mile are in line with, if not higher than the industry average, depending on the driver's experience.
