Pros

Of all the places I have worked in Portland this is the best one. Great staff. Good pay. Good intermediate job. All in all a good place to work.

Cons

No PTO. Old school time off. Fairly rigid out dated upper management ideals which doesn't help a company trying to revamp the way they do business.

Pros

Expectations are set high and safety and quality has been a consistent focus, with the realization that proper training is a key ingredient to success. Training seems to be a highly valued part of development and safety of employees. Leadership seems to be evolving in a positive direction and the end product shows. Opportunity and advancement is possible. Pay for performance vs tenure is also a bonus for those who are seeking to develop in a team environment rather than wait for their turn to replace headcount up the ladder.

Cons

Crew morale can be hindered by lack of communication and clear understanding of production expectations. Relationship between maintenance and production operations could improve to allow operators to have a voice in changes to their work areas.

Pros

Do your job and you'll be there forever, lots of room to move around.. some positions have overtime some do not. Good 401k match..insurance used to be better seems to be getting worse and worse

Cons

Management doesn't do their job, if they know of a problem but don't have a complaint about it they do nothing.. new cfo/ceo is the worst human being I've ever met, seems like corporate is getting greedy with raises and insurance hikes not caring about the little guys...
