Culture, People, Benefits, Pay & Locations.

Cons

Portland Management - horrible group. This poor management group trickles down to all levels of the company and people (good people) continue to leave left and right. It's always the best that leave first.

Pay, benefits, plenty of hours available including overtime, room for raises/promotions.

Cons

Safety is preached, but not practiced, especially on graveyard.

Stimson takes great care of its employees. Great managers. Excellent benefits. Opportunities for advancement (especially in Manufacturing). Promotes from within. I love my job!
