Pros

Company has been around for over a hundred years. Dedicated employees that work hard. Sustainable practices are used. Some very good and honest managers. Pay and benefits are fair for the industry and markets.

Cons

Some senior managers practice bullying by singling out employees that share honest, open recommendations and feedback. Employees are then mocked or picked on. There is an environment of distrust and fear. High turnover and low morale throughout, especially in the corporate offices.

Pros

Nice management, many incentives, clean safe place to work

Cons

Sometimes the company has to close for a couple weeks around the holidays. Sometimes this can be hard to meet bills. So it's important to plan ahead.
