      Solid company with a forward thinking vision

      Pros

      * The company knows where it is headed and rewards those who helps it get there. * Management is open to new ideas. * Sales compensation is excellent if you can produce business. * Positive atmosphere. Other reviewers have stated to the contrary, and I suspect that is why they don't work here any more: the wrong attitude.

      Cons

      * There is some turnover, which is almost entirely based on performance. I don't really see this as a con in a sales environment, but I can see where many might. * Aggressive compensation = aggressive expectations. (Again, not really a con, but this is a sales organization and quotas matter.)

      Pros

      I can only speak for myself so, I will speak for myself. -I am treated with respect. -My opinions are valued. -If I am overloaded and I express that, I am given consideration. -Generally everyone is pleasant and tries to help one another. -Upper management is approachable.

      Cons

      -There is some in-fighting between departments. -Some "senior" employees do not pull their weight and look down on the newer and more specifically younger employees that do much better jobs.

      Pros

      The company is very flexible with your schedule, the co-workers are very nice, management is very understanding when you have any personal issues. The benefits are okay this year, and we have paid time off. They are good about giving raises when they are deserved. The company overall is a very well place to be employed, they really do take care of their employees.

      Cons

      The management is very intimidating when or if you make a slight error, Its very cold in the office, there isn't always parking spaces open, Communication throughout all the different departments is not being used as well as it should be.
