Not a bad company to work for, just a bad environment at this location

Pros

Because it is such a small town, you get to know your customers quite well. It's fun to have a repore with the same people. I like fast paced, so this location is perfect for that, very busy all the time.

Cons

Very uncomfortable work environment. Nobody communicates, there is poor training so it makes it difficult to want to work 5 days a week
