Pay is low and they do not reward tenure. Most long time employees are making significantly less than new hires.
They will hire you part-time and keep you part-time even if you are consistently working full-time hours just to avoid giving you paid time off benefits or any opportunities.
Drinking, drugs, and drama are the norm. Favoritism and nepotism run rampant. It's all about who you know or who you blow.
The stores have no regulations or consistency with cleaning products just cover everything in bleach or whatever is laying around. The stores are dirty and outdated. The kitchens are unsanitary and do not follow food safety protocols. Do not ease food made in those kitchens!
Leads and direct management are also paid poorly and have little to no care or skill. Upper management is even worse they do not care or even want to know about the issues going on at the store level despite it being their job.
Will take advantage of you in any way they can to get the most out of you for the least possible. Give this place a miss and avoid it like the plague of it all possible.
