Pros
Extremely intelligent and hard working employees that will stop what they are doing to help a peer. We set high goals and celebrate success. A shared vision that brings us all together and works to be the leader in our industry. Every team member has a voice and curiosity is encouraged.
Cons
You will find better benefits at a large corporate company, but management is currently working to improve this. Besides we didn't get into this for employer paid dry cleaning service.. If thats important to you, this is not the place.
