As others have said, the culture is toxic, toxic, toxic. And it starts with the home office and permeates the other offices.

I was one of very few competent people within the entire California offices. I was loaded with work for years while the incompetents would screw up and have work taken away and given to others who could handle their workload. Their is a major lack of any sort of management and everyone is given a tiny 2% raise and we're meant to act like it's a big gift. The real kicker is the incompetents all get the same 2% raise as the ones busting their butts to make sure everything is done.
