Great place to get extensive training and make over 100K right out of school. Fun office.

Pros

If you are skilled in sales then you will be able to make good money. The managers provide weekly training sessions which is not common for a company to invest so much time and energy into making you productive. having worked at SSC for almost 3 years I can honestly say that my knowledge of sales and reading people is superior than that of the competition i face outside of SSC. I have learned sales skills that continue to help me with my career. The office environment at SSC is great in that they don't mind their employees having a good so long as you provide results.

Cons

Dealing with the clients can be challenging since they can be unpredictable at times.

Pros

Management cares about their employees and having them move ahead. The atmosphere is laid back and flexible, although you are still expected to complete your work. The benefits are good, including a wellness reimbursement program.

Cons

The raise and bonus plan is not consistent. The lobby is nice, but the rest of the office could use a paint job.

Senior Management agrees that the office could use some upgrades. We just hired a contractor to remodel our kitchen and employee break room. We will also take your comments regarding bonuses and salary seriously.
