Pros

Ongoing coaching and training promoted in a fun learning environment. Co-workers of all different backgrounds make the day go by quickly. Great potential to grow professionally.

Cons

Sales can be stressful and clients can be demanding. They make you wait a year before being able to contribute to the 401k plan, but the other benefits are good.

Cons

Constant gossip about employees by managers, grimy, sleazy, regularly dishonest with customers, embarrassingly unprofessional work environment.

Pros

Great place to sharpen your professional skills, it is a competetive place to work but everyone is very helpful, upward mobility, great benefits (gym, parking, health) management is flexible and engaged, lots of diversity

Cons

office could be spruced up a bit, prospecting can be tedious, the area of Bethesda is expensive and the driving commute to work with traffic is tough
