Pros

Stone Street Capital was an excellent experience from the culture, benefits and most importantly the people. From day one I was brought in as one of their own. They teach/train individually allowing you to develop into your own version of an effective salesperson. The position teaches you discipline, persistence and valuable life skills. I have high respect for everyone that is a part of the Stone Street team and wish them the best in their future endeavors. Working here was an excellent decision that has laid a platform for the rest of my professional career.

An incredible sales program that will teach you the ins and outs of the sales process. The management team took the time to make you better day in and day out. Fun, interactive environment that made work fun.

Cons

Very competitive market and the consumer is very hard to work with.
