Pros

I just started in January in the corporate office and love it here!!!! The hotels are top notch and it is very obvious that our owner cares about the quality of his hotels and the staff that is hired to take care of our guests. I am really glad I made this move and no longer dread "Monday" mornings......This is the real deal and feel so proud to be representing this company!!!

I can not think of one thing that could be better

Pros

Every employee at this company makes you feel welcome from day one. We have monthly luncheons to celebrate birthdays, any work anniversarys and to spend time with coworkers you might not interact with on a daily basis. I haven't been with the company for long, but I enjoy coming to work every day. You learn something new every day and if you ever need help or have questions, there are plenty of people to ask.

Cons

The only con I really see is that every one is pretty separated into their own departments. Besides company luncheons, you might not interact with the whole office every week.

Very Exciting to Work in a Company in Hyper Growth

Pros

When interviewing at corporate, I was impressed with senior management's innovative approaches to the hospitality business. They are clearly focused on providing distinguished hospitality, and increasing the focus on guest satisfaction. The growth pipeline in NYC, Seattle, and SFO is very interesting.

Cons

The pace of growth will require additional support for the general managers on the front line. Senior management seems committed to that.
