Great pay and benefits, opportunity for advancement, upper management actually cares about us little guys

Cons

Only downfall I have is having to work until 6:00 when I have kids at home to take care of.

Pros

Very easy going staff, easy to work with, understanding supervisors, I feel very comfortable working here, and I feel they have my best interest in mind... benefits are about as good as you can find..period....

Cons

They don't always have to tools I need to use but a call or text and I'm going to the store to get what I need.

Pros

Great family owned company, but not a mom a pop operation. Great benefits, especially the 401k.

Cons

Time management is a must, sometimes workload is to much for one person, certain times of month are extremely busy in storage business, makes it hard to meet deadlines for paperwork, customers come first, however, this could happen in any CS/SALES JOB.
