Cons

Pros

They have a great 401 K plan. Wage is competitive; but should be a little more. Regional Manager is great! She will answer all questions and help you improve your store and numbers.

Cons

During the winter. Shoveling snow from in front of each unit, when that should be included into the snow plowing companies work. Not having a cover over the golf cart to block the wind. Wish the health and dental was better. Having to work every Saturday.

Our Site Manager and Assistant Manager positions can be demanding with all the layers of responsibility on our properties, however, we reward hard workers with great benefits, and annual reviews! Our goal is always the advancement of our team members which is why training is conducted on-line and on-the-job at every level to support our staff and provide guidance from a range of StorageMart employees. We provide a competitive hourly wage and opportunities to supplement that income through a robust commission structure. As always, we appreciate the feedback and will continue to improve each and every day.
