Pros

This company has over 200 stores and if you are willing to move around, there is a real chance to grow a career. Company provides paid training and a certification. Uniforms (and they actually look nice) are free. 401(k) match is amazing!

Cons

Coming in as an Assistant Store Manager -- takes a bit to be promoted. But hang in there.

Able to work inside and outside, determine the days schedule.

Cons

Battling boredom during winter months, snow removal and putting down ice melt

Great Company to work for. Great benefits and one of the best savings plans i have ever seen. Most importantly the company takes care of their employees and truly cares about them.

Cons

can't think of any, which is hard to find these days in the job market.
