StorageMart has maintained a family run business feel to it while growing into the largest privately owned self-storage company. The dress code at the home office is casual and the hours are flexible. There is not a set start/stop time, each employee is simply expected to work the required amount of weekly hours during reasonable business hours. Also it is not uncommon to see employee's children in the office. If your babysitter is sick or school was let out early, you do not have to miss work to stay at home with your child. The company provides a great work/life balance. Everyone in the office is always willing to answer questions or help each other out. The managers & officers really appreciate everyone and make them feel valued. Employees receive catered meals every month or two as well as logo attire to wear. Your hard work will not go unnoticed as an employee. The 300% retirement contribution match is unheard of outside StorageMart and is a huge benefit. StorageMart is a rare gem of a company to work for!

Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Love to work in a team and yet, still have some independence to work on my own projects. I also love the benefits that are available. I've saved more in my 401k in my time with StorageMart than in my previous job.
