8yThank you for your review! We shop our insurance every year to ensure our rates are as low as possible for our team. Currently, we seed employees’ health savings accounts by $1,000 annually to help offset the cost of the high deductible!

Low pay, high expectations

8yThank you for your response. Our Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions can be demanding, but we are very transparent about that before we offer anyone the position. In our interviews, we clearly go over all expectations, including the less than glamorous aspects. But we offer many perks to help make those things not so bad. We provide uniforms for our store staff, including heavy winter coats! With each location only have one manager and one assistant manager, these leaves more commissions up for grabs!
