Great culture, exciting work environment. As a small company, you can tell that they are really investing in and cultivating the things that matter from the beginning. The onboarding/hiring experience was the most seamless and comprehensive that I have been part of in my career.

Pros

The recruiting team was quick to reach out to me. Interviews were conversational rather than interrogational. Company objectives were clearly communicated. The culture they're creating is exceptional -- it is very clear they want to provide a healthy work/life balance, give you the tools you need to succeed, and create a strong team environment.

Cons

More of a personal preference rather than a con, but all interviews were with the team in Atlanta. I would have liked to talk with someone from the Springfield team as well. The meeting with my hiring manager on my first day was great and I would have been even more enthusiastic about becoming part of the team if I could have met him during the interview process.
