Pros

Work From Home is the main pro

Cons

- Lack of transparency from leadership/management to the rest of the team on direction, status and outlook. Instead everything is only ever about numbers and reporting that aren't accurate due to ease of manipulation. - Micromanagement is a top down affect from 'senior level leadership' to direct managers. Always focusing on everything being about numbers attributes to this. - There is no leadership and there are no leaders. Any senior/management positions were always outsourced and done so from companies that the current leadership team had come from. There was obvious nepotism and even favoritism among handling issues. - Lack of growth exploration for team members and establishing any path for advancement. - *Transparency and Candor* is one of the Core Values* that is not always embraced. It's an easy way to single yourself out and if issues or concerns are mentioned, it's only viewed as negative and being in opposition. - There's no type of mentorship present in any sense. There's no direct reach out from anyone for wanting to see a team member grow and augment their-self and position. - Performance reviews are a joke

Pros

WFH, team is cool for the most part.

Cons

Micromanaging is a serious problem, unlimited PTO is probably because you are constantly getting texts and asked for updated before and after work. Goals are unclear and change week to week. Management expects you to be on the phone 100% of your shift which is call after call. You have to catch up on stuff while being told by management to answer phone or eat lunch at your desk. This is a high stress and anxiety job due to the managers. You have to wait for approvals which takes 15 to 20 minutes while someone is on the phone holding. No advancement opportunities its a lie. Layoffs but still hired more people after they laid off.
