Pros
The Culture really inst comparable to anything I have ever seen or worked with in the past, and this description of it really won't do it any justice, but it really is the best possible environment possible to work in, while still being productive. Music in the office, footballs thrown around, beers provided on casual Fridays, games for cash, not to mention top reps usually win a trip somewhere. Last month the top 4 reps won trips to Paris, Tokyo, Germany, and Hawaii - We had a World War II theme for that month.
Management here is consistently looking for new ways to motivate and excite you, not even about the job - more focused on your own personal goals in your own life. Not a lot of people can say they look forward to Mondays, but for me I really do, mainly because I don't feel like I'm working here. I'm just having fun, I just also happen to be making money at the same time.
No matter who you are, or what experience you may have had in the past, everyone has the same opportunity for promotions, raises, even to start working a position that wasn't one until you made it one. That's one of the benefits of this being a newer company, there are no predetermined requirements for any movement in this company.
Oh yea.. and the CEO and COO knows every employee by name. They take time to know you because to them your not an employee, they treat you like a partner in the company. There is no power struggle with Management here what-so-ever. Our Janitor gets the same respect as our Senior Enterprise Rep's.
Cons
We call the east coast, so you are missing opportunities if you are not in early. You are not required by any means to show up early, but everyone does. Not to mention when you start at 6:00 you get to leave around 2:00-3:00, its nice to be able to work a full day and still have a ton of time for myself afterwards.
This isn't a con for me, but it could be for some. We are very interactive with each other, so if you are more reserved and don't like to converse with your co-workers, not saying there isn't a place for you here, it would just be swimming against the current.
