StormWind has been a priceless influence in my life. The support system here is amazing. The potential for growth and development is endless. It is unlike any other call center out there.

Cons

The reward system for any department outside of sales is lacking.

I have never worked for such a great company, with culture to spare. They truly know how make their employees better people. You have such a huge improvement in everyone in a matter of weeks. The COO and CEO create this amazing way to give you C level training and at the same time create strong relationships and culture. I feel honored to be part of this company and can't wait to see it continue to grow.

Cons

I have yet to see any.

I've been here over two years and the impact StormWind has had on my personal and professional life, is one I’m eternally grateful for. When you wake up in the morning, you’re excited to get back to your work family and make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Cons

If you have a loud, projecting voice, your area may be soundproofed.
