Company Values: They are held at a high standard and followed every day Co-Workers: Everyone here is ready to step up and help without judgement. Support: Supervisors and StoryPoint in general is very supportive of their employees with an employees first attitude Residents: The residents of the communities are absolutely amazing. One of the best parts about working here. Hours/PTO/Benefits: Great hours, time off and benefits. Opportunities to grow in this fast growing company.

Cons

With a company so new there are always bumps in the road. No real complaints.

clean, most care givers work hard to make sure residents needs are met, residents and their families

Cons

leadership needs improvement when it comes to teamwork. management doesn't give respect to care staff, care staff overworked and management would just watch instead of helping
