The philosophy and mission of this company is largely reflected at the Rockford Campus. From the moment I stepped through the door, my view was a mixture of happy engaged residents and staff alike, each one enjoying their day! You experience a sense of "family," mutual camaraderie and dedication in each interaction. It is wonderful to work for a company who deeply value and invests in the success of their employees equally as much as they do their consumers. The result is the magic that sets us apart!

Cons

If you are not a positive individual who enjoys life as well as giving back to others, this company would not be a good fit.

As a Community Specialist, I have been absolutely amazed at the support and training I've received from the Sales leadership team. The investment in me personally is unbelievable. Not only are we trained (regularly, by the way) on care and compassion - 1440 service to the residents, but on how to better ourselves. Absolutely awesome team - proud and honored to be a part of it.

Cons

None -- We have high expectations, but Being Accountable is one of our pillars!! Wouldn't want it any other way!

Great residents live here! Some great staff

Cons

Management very poor communication from management and no appreciation for the staff. Management swears at staff this issue has been taken to corporate and nothing has happened also place is very short staffed.
