The residents are great, and the experience was far better then any fast food job.

Cons

Management was a mess, supervises/higher ups were rude. No way to move up or get a raise.

Pros

Working at Storypoint Troy is nothing like working for another AL or nursing home in the area. The residents are the highlight. The wellness team works great together and are more like a family. My direct leaders are so supportive and always doing what’s best for us. They work so hard to make sure we feel appreciated! You can’t find that anywhere else.
