Pros

Great co workers and managers. Flexible scheduling around school if you are in school. Good for people who are retired also.

Cons

Company cannot attract and retain hard working employees. This is because the company does not value it's employees what so ever. The majority of my co workers and I never saw $9/ hour even having been there for years. (some even less than $8/ hour) Good luck getting benefits, they will try their absolute best to keep benefits from you. Many long time dedicated employees were let go by the company because they were too expensive to keep. Think hard work and loyalty will get you somewhere here? Think again. If you believe Jeff Strack will turn this company around, think again also, the guy is all talk.

Good job to grow in

Pros

When I worked there , there was no shortage of hours. The staff was nice, I loved my customers, and the work isn't hard. It can be tedious and a lot of work to be done in a short amount of time, but with good time management it is nothing unreasonable. Room to move up quickly if you are a hard worker and just do your job. Yearly raises are low, but at least there are yearly raises. Union job that guarantees you work and decent insurance. Pay starts above indiana minimum wage, so it's good for college students or a first job.

Cons

No paid sick days Even though I got pretty close to full time hours, most the staff was struggling to even get 30 a week. Upper management makes a lot of empty promises, one of the biggest reasons I left. Underpaid for the amoutn of work that I personally was doing, when asking for a raise all they gave me was .60, which might sound alright but that still didn't even bring me to double-digit earnings. Recently, the deil department underwent a new contract starting new hires at 8.25- I think it's ABSOULTELY DISGUSTING that you aren't raising your workers who have been with you for 1+ years up to at LEAST match that. Really goes to show just how much you value your employees, their loyalty, and hard work. Why should someone who has been here longer and worked harder make less of a paycheck then someone who has been hired for 2 weeks?? I know plenty of workers there still that deserve at least that much of a raise.
