sometimes work is smooth and actually fun, depends on who you work with.....

Cons

hours get cut and employees cant stock the floor as needed, so customers cant get what they need, needs a bit of.... work

Pros

Convenient, pay checks don't bounce, co workers are great. Pretty easy way to make a few bucks. Not all managers are bad, can't get mad at them cor following orders.

Cons

Frustrating, little chance at advancement, no desire for advancement, expected to do unrealistic amount of work, company has no direction, it's just so obvious they are stripping it down to its bare bones for sale which is totally fine i understand, but they sincerely pretend everything is totally normal. Not only is it insulting but it doesn't help anyone just makes things worse. Really classy too when the company agreed to back pay with the new contract and about 1% of employees saw anything. Sad end to what was once a really nice company.
