The CEO, full C-suite, and leaders I've connected with are all really smart and truly caring people. They are passionate about the company, customers, and colleagues. Work culture is professional and positive. In the couple years I've been with Strada, I've grown my skillset much faster than I did in my my previous role at a fortune 500 company. I work fully remote which is helpful. Would highly recommend if your looking to elevate your skills, work with kind employees, and add value.

Cons

Workload can be heavy, but company is very understanding and giving when it comes to emergencies, vacation, PTO, and just time for yourself. They even provide a "ME Day" during the month of your birthday.

Strada is a great place to work, learn and grow in your career. Since its separation from Alight in July 2024, the company has been building a strong base of customers and growth strategy.

Cons

Leadership needs to sync all teams globally under one mission and vision. But this is a growing pain, but if you put in the effort, the rewards will be monumental.

The leadership team is very visible and accessible, which helps create a genuinely open culture. Colin Brennan, CEO, is transparent about the direction of the business and communicates regularly and openly with the workforce. There is clear investment in innovation and the product roadmap, with a strong focus on the future and where the organisation is heading. It feels like a company that is actively building rather than standing still. The role I have is fully remote and offers a great level of flexibility, which makes a real difference to work-life balance.

Cons

Like many organisations going through growth and transformation, priorities can evolve quickly. This sometimes means teams often need to adapt at pace, but it also reflects the ambition of the company and the opportunities ahead.
