Passive aggressive owner

Pros

Do not join this company. Nothing good can come out of this place.

Cons

No one wants to stay long here due to character of the owner. She curses and shouts in the office. She is passive aggressive with everybody and likes to belittle her employees every chance she gets. The irony is that she does not know what she is talking about and she is completely unprofessional. She is disliked by so many, I won't be surprised if this company goes book and shuts down in a few years.

Actually this comment is offensive and should be taken down. I have never witnessed this type of behavior that is being described. We have many employees who have a long tenure with the Company and are engaged and happy. We continuously promote our ICARE Values (Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) throughout the whole organization, including top management.

Make the company survive

Pros

Colleagues are professional yet still fun to work with.

Cons

The company needs to adjust with the changes that's currently happening everywhere due to the crisis. They need to push more and do more to make the company survive including the employees' jobs. This is where the company is lacking, they are always slow to cope up with everything including updating and upgrading their programs and systems.

We could not agree more that this year organizational adjustments are important. We have made major changes to our business model in light of the recent pandemic. Everything from quickly setting up our employees to work from home to moving students online when necessary to allow for everyone's safety. The pandemic has allowed us to innovate in ways we never thought possible, so much so that right now, we are able to change more student lives than ever.

Pros

I have been working at StrataTech for a little under one year and have been absolutely elated with the experience. My colleagues are kind, helpful, responsive, and supportive. The work culture is phenomenal and everyone truly seems to love their job and believe in their work. The administrative team ensures that employees are made to feel valued and appreciated.

Cons

I have experienced no cons working at StrataTech Education Group.
