At StrataTech continuous improvement is at the core of what our team does. We have rolled out several new systems both to propel the organization forward and due to dealing with the effects of COVID. We are sorry that you felt the work you were given was boring, we try to make it as engaging as possible. Often times our team gets satisfaction from working with students directly, and literally helping change their lives.

We have had a year of rapid change for sure. COVID-19 forced us to quickly adapt to a new learning model to keep our staff, faculty and students safe. We learned how flexible and resilient our team was, and how much they cared to help our students become the essential workers that their communities need. It was not always perfect, but the best we could do with a rapidly changing landscape. We are proud that during these uncertain times we looked for input for problem solving from multiple levels in the organization. We have had a reporting tool for years, but in the midst of all this change we rolled out a replacement anonymous reporting tool that has been used frequently so that we can get feedback from employees and students.
