They pretend to care about students and staff

Cons

Many times, it happens that the students have questions that we cannot answer satisfactorily. I want to be better equipped to do my job better. They must focus on that.

We know that not every student circumstance is the same and each student has different needs. We are an open-door style organization where any employee can reach out to seek answers from their manager or any senior leadership. We strive to give our employees the tools to create the best experience for our students.

Needs to improve on organization

Pros

Management is supportive and creates fun environment for employees.

Cons

The company still has a long way to go. A lot of improvements are needed to be done particularly on being more organized. It was still chaotic and there are conflicts caused by being disorganized. Working here could be confusing some time and you have to be resourceful and work your way around to make sure you won't add to the chaos and mistakes.
