I honestly believe that my effort makes a difference. The emphasis on student success and maintaining open contact with agencies provides me with a strong feeling of purpose. The leadership staff is also very encouraging, and there is a strong sense of community among colleagues.

Cons

The workload can be heavy at times, especially around graduation periods.
