SIS is a place where associates' strengths and talents are valued. It is a supportive learning environment focused on training and development for the individuals in the organization. Leadership cares about the teams and every individual makes an impact in the business.

Cons

If you are not willing to learn new things, not open to change/coaching and afraid to fail, this would be a challenging environment for someone.
