During these challenging times, Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) provided tailored resources and an increased focus on our employee’s health and wellbeing. In light of the pandemic, we were able to quickly implement a virtual work environment to promote the safety and wellbeing of all employees. While virtual operations are very effective, they do present some challenges for some employees. As those challenges are identified, we work alongside the employee to ensure they are able to operation at 100% capacity, and on an as-needed basis, increased oversight is provided to help all employees achieve success in their position.

Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is proud to have an opportunity to support many critical requirements in support of military service members and their families. From technology infrastructure to caring for mental health, we often support no-fail missions. This critical level of support necessitates a work-force equally committed to achieving success. At times, based on the demanding needs of Government customers, there are situations that require work outside of normal business hours. As these situations occur, supportive and flexible employees receive various rewards spanning from incentive bonuses to increased salary adjustments at the time of annual performance reviews. The management team of SRI is hands-on and works alongside all employees as we believe we are One Team! From the President and CEO down to day-to-day Site Managers, every employee receives the support, training, and guidance needed to be a successful performer. Based on the rate structures in the contracts approved by the Government, pay rates are often driven by the Department of Labor (DOL) Service Contract Act (SCA). As such, pay rate adjustments are dictated by adjustments approved and authorized by DOL. While these pay rate adjustments are often out of SRI’s control, SRI’s management consistently advocates on behalf of our employees to the Government to identify opportunities for increasing authorized pay wages.
