      Great people, decent pay, benefits package

      Management had no idea what was going on. Leadership was very out of tune with the programs and could not make a decision. ZERO room to grow.

      Pay is decent. But not worth dealing with the company or management

      Cons

      The management. HR delegating their responsibilities to site management. And when you have a problem with that management and try to send it to HR. It is sent to the site management to handle. And it is handled inappropriately
