      Friendly company that listens to your needs.

      Cons

      They do not have a night check pay differential. PRs do not have Tech 3s so no room to grow or make more money. No bonuses and no PTO for a year!

      Pros

      None, working at headquarters was awful. The turn over is so high due to poor management and terrible people. Those who have been there for a while think they can do whatever they want and treat people any way they can. The HR/Recruiting team can’t do their job, and treat everyone like garbage. No one in HR is qualified to do the work they do, and the people in recruiting are mean and know-it-alls. (this is strictly headquarters employees, the contract sites are separate)

      Everything, terrible pay and benefits, management is awful. They will hire you for one position then change your title and make you do something completely different when you start. (this is strictly headquarters employees, the contract sites are separate)
