* It is a job that doesn’t not pay you a lot of money. * Management will lie about your rights and will gaslight you to think their expectations of you are perfectly sane. * Work as hard as you can, but management will assign you more work than humanly possible and yell at you when you make a mistake. * Oh yeah, my whole “training” was them telling me to wing it. The closest thing to training I had was learning from other employees who were winging it.

Seriously do not work here, find something else. I recommend doing a Google search on the company and reading a bit about their open and closed court cases, as they are very true to how they treat employees. I would never recommend this company to anyone and would recommend developing your career elsewhere. The culture at STi is terrible. Top-level management is very poor. They do not care about the needs of their employees and are simply trying to maximize profit margins. They are always looking for ways to short-change not only contract employees, but also their HQ employees. They are completely dysfunctional. They do the bare minimum. You would never know what would happen during a typical day, every day was different. You would constantly be in fear of whether the top-level management would be in a good, joking mood, or if they would yell non-stop at you. There was not much development put into the employees and they did not seem to know what they were doing most of the time. They value quantity of work over quantity. There was nothing enjoyable about the work, except maybe a few reasonable employees, and the hardest part was having to deal with poor management who set unrealistic expectations and are constantly yelling and angry.
