      Lots of paperwork, don’t get paid for time used to comp Paperwork, clients cancel often, no set hours

      Pros

      Flexibility of hours each day; salary is more than fair; open and kind co-workers; supervisor who is patient and caring towards supervisees but also the families we serve! The work space was wonderful and my office had everything I needed to succeed; very organized.

      Cons

      If there was any con, I would say it would be that you must give a 30 day notice when leaving. I did not expect this but I did comply with it !

      Pros

      Felt very supported and worked in a wonderful and happy environment. This is where I got my start in the Behavioral Health field and will always honor this place for giving me the opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      I enjoyed the work! I can't say there were many cons. However, the insurance benefit was not the best. But that's usually what you experience at agencies like this.
