      The staff is very supportive and informative when you don't know something. Flexible hours and the benefits are good! I love my job!

      Trying to find a balance with time between home and work during the week.

      Pros

      Co workers are great, overall atmosphere is very upbeat and supportive, management/supervisors listens to employees ideas and allows employees the chance to work independently and contribute. Unused vacation and sick time can carry over, vacation accrues month-to-month. I totally support the agency's mission and believe they are headed in the right direction.

      Cons

      Insurance can be pricey for family coverage, Ok for individual though.

      Unethical billing practices and immoral management

      The clients are amazing. Freedom to work as I think best on a case. Responsive supervisors.

      Cons

      Lack of concern for client and staff safety. No work/life balance. Encouraged to commit fraud to meet billing hours.
