      Pros

      Working with the technicians. They come from all backgrounds and love to work at Stratix. The culture at the company is good. They do a lot to make their employees feel happy to work there. But right as you feel happy, they gut you by taking something you love away, such as covid bonuses.

      Cons

      Stratix let's employees have social media accounts full of racist, anti-LGBT, and misogynistic posts. HR doesn't care if you have to work with a racist, and they'll do nothing to make you or your teammates comfortable in a potentially hostile environment.

      A lot of politics when it came to internal advancement.

      I enjoyed working with a lot of the people there.

      Cons

      When I was there the company had a lot of politics when it came to internal advancement. Very unfortunate, because there were soo many dedicated employees that were over looked because they constantly chose to hire candidates externally. However, like a repeated cycle, many of those external candidates either quit a couple of months later or got fired soon after. I hope the company has changed since.

      We are sorry to hear your experience was less than ideal. We have recently worked to put more formal career paths in place for our teammates and encourage them to use this tool as well as communicate with HR on developing their career development.
