Very disappointing to say the least....

I liked my coworkers and they had an a very good training program

Cons

Managers in customer service were unhelpful at best and singled out certain employee's and engage in harassment. Also when you wanted to learn more about the products so that your could better service the customers they felt threatened by it. It's a very caddy situation and if they don't like you they will set you up to fail on purpose by not giving adequate training and other childish methods to push you out. Also they have hidden agenda's when hiring certain employee's so beware if you come from another implant company to here.

Decent pay, benes, perks, etc. Great tenured and smart folks in HQ and field.

Cons

Long hours/evening/weekend programs/conventions/etc. Some upper mgmt. plays favorites.

Straumann offers a good compensation and benefit package, including an on-site gym and cafeteria

Cons

The office culture is very European. Individual contribution is encouraged as long as it conforms to the ideals already in place by the Lead Team or HQ.
